公司交钱了, 可不可以随时取消员工餐补？
释义
法律分析：要按照劳动合同规定的来决定。分两种情况：如果劳动合同中没有规定公司给员工有餐补，那么公司随意取消也是合理的，由于法律上未规定用人单位必须向劳动者支付餐补，劳动者若想用人单位提供餐补，应该在劳动合同中明确约定。如果劳动合同中明确约定用人单位应向劳动者支付餐补，用人单位无理由又突然取消餐补的，劳动者可以申请劳动仲裁。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十九条用人单位与劳动者应当按照劳动合同的约定，全面履行各自的义务。
