释义	钱还没有支付，在赠与财产的权利转移以前无需任何理由均可撤销赠与；如果已经交付，需要受赠人存在下列情况才能要回来：（一）严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人的近亲属；（二）对赠与人有扶养义务而不履行；（三）不履行赠与合同约定的义务。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
