释义	法律分析：已经改签过的火车票，无论是网上改签，还是售票窗口改签的，都是不能再改签了。一张车票只能改签一次。法律依据：《铁路旅客运输规程》第三十四条旅客不能按票面指定的日期车次乘车时，在列车有能力的前提下可以办理一次提前或改晚乘车签证手续。办理改晚乘车签证手续最晚不超过开车后2小时，团体旅客必须在开车48小时以前办理。原票已托运行李的，在改签后的新票背面注明“原票已托运行李”字样并加盖站名戳。动车组列车车票办理改晚乘车手续时，推迟乘车的时间应当在车站售票的预售期内。
