释义	法律分析：有下列情形之一的，可认定合同或者部分合同条款无效：一方以欺诈、胁迫的手段订立的损害国家利益的合同；恶意串通，并损害国家、集体或第三人利益的合同；合法形式掩盖非法目的的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
