释义	法律分析：意外事件是合同的免责事由。这是莫过于社会伦理道德的考虑。根据我国民法典的规定，合同标的物在没有转移之前由原所有人承担标的物的风险，当意外事件发生后，所有人已经承担了合同项下标的物的损失了，此时，如果不能免责，而再让出让人承担违约责任就有失公平了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
