释义	法律分析：实用新型专利每年都要交年费。专利权人应按照限定交纳或缴足年费及滞纳金，实用新型专利具体年费从第1年至第3年每年600元，从第4年至第5年每年900元，从第6年至第8年每年1200元，从第9年至第10年每年2000元，授予专利权当年的年费，应当在专利局发出的授予专利权通知书中指定的时限内交纳，以后的年费应当在前2年度期满前一个月内预缴。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第四十三条　专利权人应当自被授予专利权的当年开始缴纳年费。
