释义	法律分析：企业注册地应该就是企业的经营地。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》第十二条公司的住所是公司主要办事机构所在地。经公司登记机关登记的公司的住所只能有一个。公司的住所应当在其公司登记机关辖区内。第二十九条公司变更住所的，应当在迁入新住所前申请变更登记，并提交新住所使用证明。公司变更住所跨公司登记机关辖区的，应当在迁入新住所前向迁入地公司登记机关申请变更登记；迁入地公司登记机关受理的，由原公司登记机关将公司登记档案移送迁入地公司登记机关。
