释义	法律分析：房客不得因为房东不享有房屋所有权而不履行合同，但可以要求房东承担违约责任。租客要按照约定方法使用租赁物。不按照约定方法而使租赁物受损的，承担赔偿责任，有约定的除外。租赁期满，承租人当返还货物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百一十一条承租人未按照约定的方法或者未根据租赁物的性质使用租赁物，致使租赁物受到损失的，出租人可以解除合同并请求赔偿损失。
