法律分析：
离职只要提前30天就够了，试用期提前3天通知。没签劳动合同的可以直接走人，还可以要求双倍工资和经济补偿金。单位必须在辞职那天给你结清工资。有了劳动纠纷就可以去劳动局申请劳动仲裁。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
