释义	法律分析：劳务派遣的劳动者也是不可以随时进行离职的，那么在辞职时也是需要提前三十天以书面的形式通知到用人单位，如果是在试用期内劳动者需要提前三天通知用人单位，如果因为劳动者没有提前通知用人单位就随意的提出离职而造成的损失也是要有劳动者来承担的。法律依据：《劳务派遣暂行规定》第十四条被派遣劳动者提前30日以书面形式通知劳务派遣单位，可以解除劳动合同。被派遣劳动者在试用期内提前3日通知劳务派遣单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳务派遣单位应当将被派遣劳动者通知解除劳动合同的情况及时告知用工单位。
