释义	法律分析: 民生工程经审批可以强拆。政府作出强制执行决定前应当事先催告当事人履行义务，限期当事人自行拆除，当事人不申请复议且拒不拆除的，政府可以依法实施强制拆迁。《国有土地上房屋征收与补偿条例》第二十八条被征收人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者不提起行政诉讼，在补偿决定规定的期限内又不搬迁的，由作出房屋征收决定的市、县级人民政府依法申请人民法院强制执行。强制执行申请书应当附具补偿金额和专户存储账号、产权调换房屋和周转用房的地点和面积等材料。
