国家并没有对此做出相关规定休假，也就是按常理来说是没有休假的，如果是孕期的话是要不少于90天的假期.
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动法》
第六十二条 女职工生育享受不少于九十天的产假。
第六十三条 不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。
