释义	随着买房就近学校原则的推广，以及家长教育观念的不断深化，“学区房”越来越受到不少购房者的追捧。因此不少开发商就开始打着“学区房”的名号对外宣传推广，什么“买房送学位”的。其实开发商“送学位”的措辞有时候也用得巧妙，一方面楼盘的确有按照学区统一划分、符合学区内学校的入读条件便可入读，此为学区房的“学位”之一。开发商出资“教育基金”，与意向的优质教育资源的学校“买学位”，但是有指标、年限的限制，最终会因为学位的指标、年限、户籍等限制，公校学位兑现时要交赞助费，导致子女上学不成。
