释义	法律主观：探亲假包括法定节假日意思是：如果你休探亲假期间内有周六、周日或者其他法定假日，就不再在探亲假天数上加上法定假日的天数。探亲假一般是20天再加路程假，之间有几个周末，那么就不再在20天加上周六、周日的天数。如果不包括法定节假日的话，就还要在20天加上周六、周日天数。工休假7天是不包括法定节假日，只计算工作日。那么实际休息时间就不止7天，周一至周五是五天，周六、周日不计，次周的周一周二再计算进去，才有7天。
