释义	出租人的治安责任包括：1、出租的房屋核定的居住人数达到三十人以上的，应当配备人员，做好治安保卫工作;2、定期对出租的房屋进行安全检查，落实防火、防盗措施，及时排除治安隐患。如果出租人没有履行上述治安责任，致使出租的房屋内发生刑事案件、重大治安案件或者火灾事故的，由公安机关责令暂停出租六个月或者吊销《房屋租赁治安许可证》，并处月租金一倍以上五倍以下罚款。法律依据《北京市房屋租赁管理若干规定》
