释义	法律分析：被判处拘役的罪犯每月可以回家一至二日，由罪犯本人提出申请，管教民警签署意见，经看守所所长审核后，报所属公安机关批准。对于准许回家的拘役罪犯，看守所应当发给回家证明，并告知应当遵守的相关规定。法律依据：《看守所留所执行刑罚罪犯管理办法》第五十五条被判处拘役的外国籍罪犯提出探亲申请的，看守所应当报设区的市一级以上公安机关审批。设区的市一级以上公安机关作出批准决定的，应当报上一级公安机关备案。被判处拘役的外国籍罪犯探亲时，不得出境。
