释义	法律分析：事业单位服务期辞职，不会禁考。对与事业单位工作人员首次提出的辞职,单位的确可以不批准。但是,个人仍可以于6个月后,再次提出辞职,此时,无需单位批准,且单位有协助办理离职手续的义务。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
