释义	法律分析: 承诺不一定是由受要约人写的，承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示，可以是受要约人口头通知的，也可以是根据交易习惯或者要约表明通过行为作出的，无论以哪种方式都要符合法律的规定。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十九条承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示。第四百八十条承诺应当以通知的方式作出；但是，根据交易习惯或者要约表明可以通过行为作出承诺的除外。第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
