释义	法律分析：收到逮捕证不一定判刑。可能只是涉嫌或者轻微问题不足以判刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第七十二条人民法院、人民检察院对于各自决定逮捕的人，公安机关对于经人民检察院批准逮捕的人，都必须在逮捕后的24小时以内进行讯问。在发现不应当逮捕的时候，必须立即释放，发给释放证明。如犯罪行为没有发生或者被逮捕的人不构成犯罪的；虽有犯罪行为，但罪行轻微，不可能判处有期徒刑以上刑罚、依法不予追究刑事责任的。
