释义	法律分析：只要劳动关系存在，不可以取消工伤保险。工伤保险是社会保险之一，依法参加工伤保险是法律强制性规定，不以劳动者本人或者用人单位意志改变，只要劳动关系存在，必须依法参加工伤保险。劳动关系终止或者解除，用人单位自解除或者终止之日起停止缴费，工伤保险关系终止。职工参加工伤保险，本人不缴费，由用人单位缴纳工伤保险费。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第三条工伤保险费的征缴按照《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》关于基本养老保险费、基本医疗保险费、失业保险费的征缴规定执行。
