释义	如果六轴货车车货总重超过55吨即为超限，未经许可超限行驶公路的，将按超限重量数不同而处以不同的罚款，并卸载合格后方可再行驶公路。法律依据:《中华人民共和国公路管理条例》第七十二条规定，违反本条例的规定，道路运输站（场）经营者允许无证经营的车辆进站从事经营活动以及超载车辆、未经安全检查的车辆出站或者无正当理由拒绝道路运输车辆进站从事经营活动的，由县级以上道路运输管理机构责令改正，处1万元以上3万元以下的罚款。
