释义	法律分析：企业调岗降薪员工不同意的话公司只能让员工在原来的工作岗位上继续工作了，因为调换工作岗位的这件事情本身就必须要征得劳动者的同意，劳动者有权拒绝企业提出来的调岗降薪的要求，企业不得以此为由直接辞退员工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
