释义	免去职务一般有几种情况，一是将要履任新职，会免去之前的职务，二是领导退休卸任，免去现有职务，三是犯了一定过错或经考核不宜再任现职，给予调任或降级处理。这三种情况，不会重新获得之前的职位，但过了考验期可以恢复到原级别法律依据：《关于实行党政领导干部问责的暂行规定》第十条免职的党政领导干部,一年内不得重新担任与其原任职务相当的领导职务。免职的党政领导干部,一年后如果重新担任与其原任职务相当的领导职务,除应当按照干部管理权限履行审批手续外,还应当征求上一级党委组织部门的意见。
