释义	法律分析：工资增加后不需要重新签订合同或修改合同，如有需要可以在原有的合同上进行变更。一般劳动争议案件中工资的举证责任在用人单位，也就是说，将来如果对工资金额有争议只要说个金额数即可，而用人单位则必须充分举证，例如有劳动者签名确认的工资支付记录等，否则将承担举证不能的法律后果。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
