释义	法律分析：别人欠你钱，你是债权人。债权人也就是通常叫的债主，债主是指借出钱财收取利息的人即放债的人，是债的关系中有权利要求另一方(债务人)为或不为一定行为的当事人。通常指根据法律或合同﹑契约的规定，在借债关系中对债权人负有偿还义务的人。在财务会计学的术语中，债务人是指欠别人钱的实体或个人。法律依据：《民法典》第四百六十八条非因合同产生的债权债务关系，适用有关该债权债务关系的法律规定；没有规定的，适用本编通则的有关规定，但是根据其性质不能适用的除外。
