释义	法律分析：1、行为满足以下要件的，会构成聚众淫乱罪： (1)本罪侵犯的客体是公共秩序; (2)本罪在客观方面具有两大特征：一是聚众行为;一是淫乱行为; (3)本罪在主观方面表现为直接故意，即明知会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望这种结果发生; (4)本罪的主体为一般主体。 2、法律依据：根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零一条的规定聚众进行淫乱活动的，对首要分子或者多次参加的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。引诱未成年人参加聚众淫乱活动的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。
