释义	法律分析：派出所异地传唤不符合法律，可以不去法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第九十二条可以传唤到犯罪嫌疑人所在市、县内的指定地点或者他的住处进行讯问。公安机关应当及时将传唤原因和处所通过电话、手机短信、传真等方式通知被传唤人家属。公安机关传唤违法嫌疑人时，其家属在场的，应当当场将传唤原因和处所口头告知其家属，并在询问笔录中注明。被传唤人拒不提供家属联系方式或者有其他无法通知的情形的，可以不予通知，但应当在询问笔录中注明。
