释义	法律分析：终身禁驾的档案无故不能修改，对于刑事案卷，应当由人民法院保存，对于因追究刑事责任被处于吊销驾驶证的，档案应当保存三年以上，然后销毁，对于终生禁驾处罚的，档案长期保存。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第一百零一条违反道路交通安全法律、法规的规定，发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任，并由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证。造成交通事故后逃逸的，由公安机关交通管理部门吊销机动车驾驶证，且终生不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
