问题	商标颜色一般有什么讲究
释义	申请商标可以指定颜色和不指定颜色，指定颜色的商标在使用时只能使用该颜色，没有指定颜色的商标在使用是可以用黑白的或者任何颜色。商标的用色应该考虑商标的设计理念、不同颜色的含义及使用该商标的商品。要根据商标申请注册时的实际情况而定。商标申请注册时，未申请保护指定颜色的，可以任意变换颜色；商标申请注册时，申请保护指定颜色的，不可以对颜色进行改变。该内容由严达兴律师和法律部落共创回答
