释义	法律分析：对于赠与行为，只要当事人自愿赠与的，其赠与之后，赠与的物品就属于受赠人所有。在男女双方恋爱期间，购买衣物、食品等必需品属日常生活的一部分，价值很小，在不能证明系为结婚而特意购买等情况下，应认定为一般的赠与。而对于以结婚为目的的而赠送的贵重财物，应当认定为不当得利。法律依据：根据《民法典》第657条规定：赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
