释义	法律分析：离岛旅客每年每人免税购物额度为10万元人民币,不限次数。免税商品种类及每次购买数量限制，按照本公告附件执行。超出免税限额、限量的部分，照章征收进境物品进口税。法律依据：《中华人民共和国海关法》第五十三条准许进出口的货物、进出境物品，由海关依法征收关税。第六十二条进出口货物、进出境物品放行后，海关发现少征或者漏征税款，应当自缴纳税款或者货物、物品放行之日起一年内，向纳税义务人补征。因纳税义务人违反规定而造成的少征或者漏征，海关在三年以内可以追征。
