释义	合同债务转移是指在不改变合同内容的前提下，合同权利人、义务人通过和第三人订立协议，将合同的债务全部或部分转移给第三人承担的一种法律行为。在债务移转情况下，原债务人对原债务将不再承担偿还义务，其义务将由第三人承担。【法律依据】《合同法》第八十四条规定，债务人将合同的义务全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。
