释义	法律分析：义务兵可以带手机，但是对此有很多限制，只有在休息期间可以使用，工作期间是不能用移动工具的。法律依据：《中国人民解放军内务条令》第一百一十一条除工作需要并经师（旅）以上单位首长批准外,军人不得使用移动电话、寻呼机等通信工具。第一百一十二条军人通常不得印制名片。如因工作需要印制名片,必须经师（旅）以上机关审查批准,登记备案。军人名片上不得印有部队番号和其他涉及军事秘密的内容。
