被非法监视居住怎么处理呢？

法律分析：
被非法监视居住应该向当地的公安机关进行反映举报，监视居住主要是司法机关比如人民法院、检察院；公安局等为了防止犯罪嫌疑人逃走而对嫌疑人进行的居住监视，但犯罪嫌疑人在这期间拥有正常活动的权利，不能禁止犯罪嫌疑人的正常自由。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》 第七十四条 指所监视居住的期限应当折抵刑期。被判处管制的，监视居住一日折抵刑期一日；被判处拘役、有期徒刑的，监视居住二日折抵刑期一日。
