释义	法律分析：兼职：区别于全职是指职工在本职工作之外兼任其他工作职务。兼职者除了可以领取本职工作的工资外，还可以按标准领取所兼任工作职务的其他工资，指非主要工作外的工作，如果只做一种工作则叫专职。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条劳动者同时与其他用人单位建立劳动关系，对完成本单位工作任务造成影响，或经用人单位指出，拒不改正的，用人单位可以随时解除劳动合同。
