法律分析:
退休后年金的发放方法：
1、一次性用于购买商业养老保险产品，然后按保险约定按月领取待遇；
2、选择按照本人退休时对应的计发月数计发职业年金月待遇标准，发完为止。
法律依据
《机关事业单位职业年金办法》 第九条 符合下列条件之一的可以领取职业年金：
（一）工作人员在达到国家规定的退休条件并依法办理退休手续后，由本人选择按月领取职业年金待遇的方式。可一次性用于购买商业养老保险产品，依据保险契约领取待遇并享受相应的继承权；可选择按照本人退休时对应的计发月数计发职业年金月待遇标准，发完为止，同时职业年金个人账户余额享有继承权。本人选择任一领取方式后不再更改。
（二）出国（境）定居人员的职业年金个人账户资金，可根据本人要求一次性支付给本人。
（三）工作人员在职期间死亡的，其职业年金个人账户余额可以继承。
未达到上述职业年金领取条件之一的，不得从个人账户中提前提取资金。

《社会保险基金会计制度》 第二十五条 企业职工基本养老保险基金支出包括养老保险待遇支出、转移支出、补助下级支出、上解上级支出、其他支出。养老保险待遇支出包括基本养老金、医疗补助金、丧葬补助金和抚恤金、病残津贴。基本养老金包括基础养老金、个人账户养老金、过渡性养老金和支付给《国务院关于建立统一的企业职工养老保险制度的决定》
