释义	一些国企，目前仍然实行停薪留职的制度。这种制度下，职工可以向单位提出申请，要求在不解除劳动关系的情况下，保持工作岗位和职位不变。法律依据：《劳动人事部、国家经济委员会关于企业职工要求“停薪留职”问题的通知》第三条的规定，停薪留职的时间一般不超过二年。停薪留职期间，不升级，不享受各种津贴、补贴和劳保福利待遇；因病、残而基本丧失劳动能力的，可按退职办法处理。停薪留职人员在从事其他收入的工作时，原则上应按月向原单位缴纳劳动保险金，其数额不低于本人原工资的20%。
