赠与需要公证吗
释义
法律分析：赠与合同不需要公证，只要合同依法成立的，该赠与合同有效。赠与合同的生效并不以公证为要件，并非一定要公证。但赠与人和受赠人双方协商一致进行公证，是意思自治行为，法律也不禁止。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条 赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
