释义	要约的有效要件是： 1、要约是由具有相应民事行为能力的人作出的； 2、表达了希望与他人订立合同的意思表示； 3、内容具体确定； 4、表明受承诺人意思表示的约束。【法律依据】根据2021年1月1日起施行生效的《民法典》第一百三十七条以对话方式作出的意思表示，相对人知道其内容时生效。以非对话方式作出的意思表示，到达相对人时生效。第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：（一）内容具体确定；（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
