释义	法律分析：公证处有保管提存标的物的权利和义务。公证处应当采取适当的方法妥善保管提存标的，以防毁损、变质或灭失。对不宜保存的、提存受领人到期不领取或超过保管期限的提存物品，公证处可以拍卖，保存其价款。法律依据：《提存公证规则》第二十条下列物品的保管期限为六个月（一）不适于长期保管或长期保管将损害其价值的；（二）六个月的保管费用超过物品价值5%的。第二十一条从提存之日起，超过二十年无人领取的提存标的物，视为无主财产；公证处应在扣除提存费用后将其余额上缴国库。
