释义	法律分析：不可以。但如果自认的事实是对己不利的，可以反悔一审时原告已经自认的事实，二审不可以反悔。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民事诉讼法〉的解释》第九十二条一方当事人在法庭审理中，或者在起诉状，不适用前款自认的规定。自认的事实与查明的事实不符的，另一方当事人无需举证证明。
