施工造成失误造成损失应该赔偿吗？

工程的施工方违反合同的约定，造成损失的应该由施工方承担赔偿的责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千二百五十二条 建筑物、构筑物或者其他设施倒塌、塌陷造成他人损害的，由建设单位与施工单位承担连带责任，但是建设单位与施工单位能够证明不存在质量缺陷的除外。建设单位、施工单位赔偿后，有其他责任人的，有权向其他责任人追偿。因所有人、管理人、使用人或者第三人的原因，建筑物、构筑物或者其他设施倒塌、塌陷造成他人损害的，由所有人、管理人、使用人或者第三人承担侵权责任。
