释义	必须出庭。被起诉的担保人要去法院，因担保人是被告之一。在民间借贷中，债务人到期不还钱的，按规定担保人是要承担保证责任，即代债务人还钱给债权人，如果经两次传唤后拒不到庭的，法院可以缺席判决，担保人和债务人一样，应当履行判决，拒不执行判决的，会被强制执行。法律依据：《民事诉讼法》第一百三十条被告经传票传唤，无正当理由拒不到庭的，或者未经法庭许可中途退庭的，可以缺席判决。
