是的，会计的工资是必须要做计提的，因为只有计提了以后次月才能够进行发放，而且只有计提了，在应付工资中才会整体显示工资的总的金额，所以必须要计提。本月工资，下月发放情况，是需要计提入账的。
按照会计权责发生制的要求，当月发生的用工费用要计入企业当月成本，但是由于发放方式的不同。
企业一般有两种工资计算发放的方式，出现了工资薪金是否需要计提？
1.若企业工资的发放方式是当月工资，当月发放，那么，按照会计的权责发生制原则，当月发生，当月入账，工资薪金费用则不需要计提，而是在月底直接分配。
2.若企业的工资发放方式是采取本月的工资，下月再发放，也就是我们常说的“下发工资”形式，这样，就造成了工资计算与发放的滞后性。造成这一问题的原因主要是每月必须等到该月结束后才能完整根据每位员工的考勤、绩效进行工资计算。
所以，为了满足会计的权责发生制原则，就需要参考企业工资薪金的历史情况预估当月工资的发生数，进行计提并入账。
综上所述，做一个合法公民，需要利用法律的知识维护我们的利益，促进我们生活质量水平的提高，同时能够提升国家对于社会的治理。
