问题	民法典智障人能结婚吗
释义	国家只禁止直系血亲和三代以内的旁系亲属或者是患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病。患有严重遗传性疾病，指定传染病，有关精神病同样被禁止。但是并不禁止智障人士结婚。因此智障人士在其监护人的监护之下是可以申领结婚证的。法律依据《民法典》第一千零四十八条，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
