释义	一、认罪认罚具结书是什么意思 1、认罪认罚具结书是犯罪嫌疑人、被告人对自己的过错行为签署的一种认定罪行的法律文书。犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在认识到自己的行为是错误的，主动承担责任并坦白自己的罪行等，人民法院会根据犯罪嫌疑人、被告人所签署的认罪认罚具结书酌情作出从宽处理的判决。 2、法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百七十四条犯罪嫌疑人自愿认罪，同意量刑建议和程序适用的，应当在辩护人或者值班律师在场的情况下签署认罪认罚具结书。犯罪嫌疑人认罪认罚，有下列情形之一的，不需要签署认罪认罚具结书：（一）犯罪嫌疑人是盲、聋、哑人，或者是尚未完全丧失辨认或者控制自己行为能力的精神病人的；（二）未成年犯罪嫌疑人的法定代理人、辩护人对未成年人认罪认罚有异议的；（三）其他不需要签署认罪认罚具结书的情形。二、认罪认罚具结书什么时候签认罪认罚具结书签订合法的时间的规定是在认罪认罚之后签署即可。在我国的认罪认罚的制度中，犯罪嫌疑人在案件的侦查阶段、审查起诉阶段都可以作出认罪认罚，并签署认罪认罚具结书，在案件的侦办过程中，越早认罪认罚，获得的从宽幅度也就越大。
