释义	法律分析: 重婚是犯罪行为。重婚罪是指有配偶或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。它包括两方面的内容；一是“有配偶而与他人结婚”，是指已经结婚的人，在婚姻关系存续期间，又与他人结婚；二是“明知他人有配偶而与之结婚”，指没有配偶的人，明知他人有配偶而与之结婚。在第二种情况下当事人必须是“明知”，否则不构成此罪。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
