释义	离婚后，不需要替对方还赌债的。夫妻一方在从事赌博、吸毒等违法犯罪活动中所负债务，第三人主张该债务为夫妻共同债务的，人民法院不予支持。可以看出，赌债是不属于夫妻共同债务的，不需要为偿还对方的赌债，应当由对方自己偿还的。法律依据《最高人民法院关于适用中华人民共和国民法典婚姻家庭编的解释(一)》第三十四条
