法律分析：不会。快递是属于邮政服务行业。因此，受到邮政法律的保护。依照我国《宪法》、《邮政法》、《刑事诉讼法》等法律规定，中华人民共和国公民的通信自由和通信秘密是受到法律的保护。因国家安全或者追查刑事犯罪的需要时，由公安机关、国家安全机关或者检察机关（简称司法机关），依照法律规定的程序对通信进行检查。任何组织或者个人不得以任何理由侵犯公民的通信自由和通信秘密。
但是，依照《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例》（行政法规）第四十四条、第四十七条等规定，烟草专卖局在会同公安机关追查涉烟刑事犯罪案件或者邮政行政管理部门的协同和协助下就有权依法查处涉烟有关的走私贩私、假冒伪劣行为，或者依法查处非法运输烟草专卖品的违法、犯罪活动。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国烟草专卖法实施条例》
第四十四条 烟草专卖行政主管部门依法对执行《烟草专卖法》及本条例的情况进行监督、检查，查处违反《烟草专卖法》及本条例的案件，并会同国家有关部门查处烟草专卖品的走私贩私、假冒伪劣行为。
第四十七条 烟草专卖行政主管部门或者烟草专卖行政主管部门会同有关部门，可以依法对非法运输烟草专卖品的活动进行检查、处理。
