释义	如果主播是因为公司违约或者其他满足法定解除或约定解除条件的事由，要解除合同，则可以直接行使法定或约定解除权，通知公司解除合同。公司有异议的，可以提起合同解除异议之诉，但是如果并不存在前述解约事由，只能由双方协商解除合同。主播强行解约的，需要承担相应的违约责任。例如：继续履行、损害赔偿等。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
